Dakota Killeen.  BA080904, Sweet Dreams Sleeping, #484 of 1000 by Sheila Michael for MasterPiece Gallery.  Silicon/vinyl head, arms, legs, cloth body, weighted.  Thin glued-on, hair (removed so she is bald) closed eyes with upper eye lashes, 21” tall.  Original costume is a light pink sleeper consisting of a long sleeve top, short pants and cap.  Outfit is stretchy soft fabric with ruffled hems and flower trim.  Crochet white booties with pink trim, disposable diaper, soft white fleece blanket with pink ribbon trim, pink satin on reverse side.   Traded Ashton-Drake's “Charlie" at Marietta, OH doll show for Dakota.

Dustin Kaleb.  Original sculpt by Rita Rich Arnold, Arnold Babies.  Hand painted hair.  Hands and feet molded from Rita’s grandchild.  I found this darling baby at the Tiny Treasures Show and Conference in San Antonio TX in May 2009.  Got to meet Rita and her husband and looks at many of her babies including some one of a kinds that I wish I could afford.

Ashley Dree.  TQY25231 - Ashley, #304 of 500, By Adora Dolls.  Vinyl head, arms, legs, cloth body, weighted. auburn mohair wig in pony tails, green eyes, 25” tall.  Original costume is a pastel green dress with embroidered smocking, and disposable diaper, tan sandals, matching green scrunchies for her pony tails, and a necklace with heart pendant.  Bought at Marietta, OH doll show.

David Michael.  329201001, Michael the Little Slugger, by Bonnie Chyle for The Ashton-Drake Galleries, Future All Stars Collection, So Truly Real Lifelike Baby Doll.  Real Touch vinyl head, arms, legs, cloth body, weighted.  Hand applied short auburn hair, bright blue eyes with upper eye lashes, 24” long.  Original costume is a baseball theme onesie with ball and bat appliqué, baseball cap, socks with baseballs and tennis shoes, disposable diaper.  Purchased from Dolls and Gifts by Peggy, New Castle, PA, at Marietta, OH doll show. In this picture, David is dressed in a modern shirt, tie, slacks and vest with a vintage coat, cap and mittens.

Deanna Krista.  Deanna, the second issue in the Wee Wigglers collection by Olivia Stone for The Ashton-Drake Galleries, So Truly Real Lifelike Baby Doll.  Deanna has a hidden motion mechanism that makes her squirm and wriggle in your arms when you hold her close.  Real Touch vinyl head, arms, legs, cloth body, weighted.  Hand applied auburn hair, reddish brown eyes with curly upper eye lashes, hand-painted fingernails and toenails, 21” long.  Original costume is a pink print bubble onesie, matching bonnet and booties. Purchased at Theresa’s Dolls in Florence , MT .

Collins, CO, Marsha kit from Denise Farmer.  Soft vinyl head, 3/4 arms and legs, hand made doe suede body by Nanasdollbodies, hand painted, weighted 4 lbs. 8 oz. micro-rooted thick light brown mohair, blue Masterpiece eyes, 19” long.  Purchased on eBay.

Darby Kamela.  Reborn doll, one-of-a-kind, by Jean Bertz, Chrysallis Creations, Phoenix, AZ, Pooky kit from Petra Lechner.  Soft vinyl head, arms and full legs, hand made doe suede body, hand painted, weighted 4 lbs. 6 oz.. micro-rooted curly medium brown mohair, blue/gray Masterpiece eyes, 20” long.  Purchased at Phoenix, AZ doll show.

Denali Katelyn.  Reborn doll, Hannah, one-of-a-kind, by Nancy Sports, Nancy’s Nursery Angels, Saskia kit from Adrie Stoete Schuitman.  Hard vinyl head, 3/4 arms and legs, hand made cloth body, weighted 3 lbs. 12 oz. micro-rooted chestnut brown mohair, dark blue Masterpiece eyes, 20” long.  Purchased on eBay.

DaTina Katsa.  Tina scult by American Doll Designs (Secrist) LLS 2005, S. S.  I don't know who the artist is.  I bought her from Pat Secrist at Tiny Treasures Show and Conference in San Antonio TX, May 2009.  Pat had her on a table of "demos" used in their classes.  Pat may be the sculptor and reborn artist, but I don't know.  The poor thing was just laying on the table, not posed or anything, dressed in an ugly turtle neck shirt and jumper.  I redressed her in a girly ruffled dress, bonnet, bloomers, socks and shoes and took her back to the show room floor to show Pat.  I was stopped by several people as I carried her around because she looked so cute.  An these are the same people that probably saw her on Pat's table, and never gave her a second look.  It must be true - clothes do make the baby!  DaTina is  22“ long with a very heavy, floppy head.  Hand painted and rooted hair.  Her hands and feet are just wonderful.  Her eyes look right at you and who can resist that mouth!  In this picture DaTina is wearing a Christening gown under this beautiful Christening coat, bonnet and bib.  All three items are embroidered with storks.  I found this outfit at Goodwill!

DeKarla Kerri.  Sailor Patty PlayPal by Ashton-Drake Galleries.  35” tall, 5 piece vinyl.  Original costume is a sleeveless white dress with navy rickrack and ribbon trim, topped by a navy and white gingham pinafore with sailor collar,white Mary Janes, white socks, white hair bow and panties.  Much fun to dress!  I bought this outfit at a Once Upon A Child in Columbus OH.  The dress is sleeveless and shows below the collar on the coat.

Hilary, by Kathy Thomas.Hilary, by Kathy Thomas.  Marked Kathy Thomas.   All porcelain with jointed neck, shoulders and hips.  22” tall.  Really long curly blond wig.  Crystal blue stationary eyes, “real” upper eyelashes, painted lower lashes and painted eyebrows, slightly open mouth with pouty lips.  Toddler body, arms and legs.  Other than Shirley Temple, I collect baby dolls but Hilary was so pretty, I just couldn't resist!  She was wearing an ugly country print dress and no shoes.  This little pink frock is perfect for her.  Purchased at Phoenix, AZ, doll show.
